Our aim
We want everyone to be able to use this website, whatever device, browser or assistive technology they use. We aim to meet level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2). We have not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we cannot say we fully meet that standard.
What we have done
- Pages use a clear heading structure and landmarks, so screen readers can move around them.
- Every page can be used with a keyboard, with a visible focus outline and a skip link to the main content.
- Text is set in a readable size and in colours chosen for strong contrast, and it resizes with your browser settings.
- Photographs have text descriptions.
- The site works on phones, tablets and desktop screens.
- Nothing moves or flashes on its own, and there is no auto-playing audio or video.
Known limits
Fonts load from Google Fonts. If they are blocked, your device shows its own fonts instead, which can change how pages look but not how they work. Our enquiry form opens your email app, so how it looks depends on the app you use. You can always call us instead on 020 3691 3056.
