What we collect
- What you tell us. Your name, phone number, email address, the service you are asking about, your message, the best time to reach you, and any photos or documents you choose to send.
- Technical information. When a page loads, your browser fetches fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address and browser details. Our hosting provider also processes technical data, such as your IP address, to deliver the site and keep it secure.
We do not use analytics or advertising trackers on this website.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and give you advice.
- To plan and carry out work you ask us to do, and to support it afterwards.
- To keep the records we need for safety, insurance, tax and legal reasons.
Our lawful basis
We use your information to take steps at your request before we agree any work, to carry out work we have agreed, for our legitimate interest in running our business and answering enquiries, and to meet our legal obligations.
Who we share it with
Only with people who need it: our email, phone and hosting providers, the people who help us carry out your job (and then only the details they need), and our accountants, insurers or regulators where the law requires. We do not sell your details.
How long we keep it
We keep information for no longer than we need it. Records of work we carry out are kept for as long as needed for safety, tax and legal reasons.
Sending an enquiry by email
The enquiry form on this site opens your own email app with your message ready to send. From there it travels by email, which is not always encrypted. Please do not include payment card details or other highly sensitive information.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, ask us to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it.
